Frank aroma of high intensity, noted for the aromas of red fruits, fruit compote, cherry, etc.
It has notes of licorice, from which it can be deduced that the grape was in perfect state of maturation.
Intense cherry color with purple edging. Live youthful tones. Appearance clean and bright, very attractive. Good alcoholic tear.
A lot of fruit on the nose and cleaning of aromas. Medium-high aromatic intensity. Notes of fresh red and black fruit: cherries, raspberries, blackberries. Aroma sweet. Lactic notes, I remember strawberry / cream caramel. Typical notes of carbonic maceration. Attractive aroma, fresh, fruity and sweet.
The palate has a fleshy entrance, showing a somewhat astringent tannin. A lot of fruit in the mouth, like good carbonic maceration, with a balanced acidity. Light vegetable sensations in the mouth. Moderate length of wine after its passage. Medium persistence by retronasal route, returning the fruit to memory.
